Midnight Sun was to be part of the twilight saga until someone had leaked it to the media. Stephenie Meyer had then decided to scrap the book. There are many rumors flying around about who had leaked the book, one of them being Rob Pattinson himself! (It can't be true!) Rob had obtained a copy from Stephenie to help him develop Edward's character but i doubt he leaked it! It is still unclear if it will be published in future.
